Partial settlement??? Doesn't make sense...

Megas should be close to releasing his plan for the removal of the bad shares and issuance of good (tradeable) shares...

Well it's better than being left out in the cold not being able to trade the shares. Although I was hoping for a squeeze!!! lol
Any ideas when they might be ready to make a market?
