I imagine there was a full accounting of O/S shares with each brokerage company to determine the number of shares that have to be removed from the market.

Nobody knows exactly how these shares will be removed but I imagine it took increasing the A/S to the appropriate O/S to remove these shares.

515M is not a normal A/S amount...
