You have completely missed the entire key point that pipi, like every other 10-day previously suspended stock in the world (attempting at a name change), had finra asking for sec suspension commenting before they even considered executing a name change. The government would be pretty inept if your are going to suggest that the sec suspensions with one arm and finra allows for a new identity with the other. We both know that is not how it works so I don't see this driver's licence/IRS comparison that you offered to PIPI. The DMV and IRS work together like the SEC and FINRA? No!

My entire "rationale" that KA is under NO INVESTIGATION can be supported by the calendar. Pipi (anwm) was a clearly disclosed public shell. Premier does not have a long history. It was formed last year. There really is not too much to investigate for it to be a year and 2 months later as we still hear about the Wells notice threats that are never going to happen.

your argument is like trying to say DMV won't renew your driver's license if the IRS is investigating you for tax fraud. Trust me, government agencies are just not that tightly integrated. Your entire rationale for why there can be no investigation into Ash is completely off base
