DISCHINO if memory serves there is mention of a possible RS in one of the recent Ks or Qs. I seem to remember it falling into the time frame of the merger with izup.
As many shares that were going to be issued for the merger an RS IMO would have been necessary. The merger was not successful so I do not know whether the RS is material at this time. I'm hoping the upcoming Q I'll she'd some light on this.
