sorry for the confusion, the d/c'd htc phone was not clyw's
it was mot's gates had been profiling the double flip
form factor as a hardware platform for windows CE /mobile

(recall the phone that flips both up and sideways?), well they
had it there and it was realy bulky and combersome, gratefully
htc d/c'd it and hence the window of opportunity for clyw and
its 1250i---so clyw is in GREAT shape

second question, recall the article you posted about a year
ago? that showed how patents can be amended, i read it and
thanked you and said that it ment that clyw could also make
similar extensions...so you were right, leon did file the
satillite / ipod roaming to wifi patent last march? i think
it was...

as i said the guys at sleipner smiled real big about a
number of clyw's innovations not the least of which was the
rider patent
