I agree... I don't think NVI had a viable product at the time, even though they claimed they did... right down to a bogus "test" in New England, and a LU test previous to that... and a promised in 2002, 2003, 2004, and now 2005 to deliver a FPGA by year end. That was my point... they've been snowing us for years, and that is why they didn't want to meet with a viable funding source (at the time) and why I believe they can't get viable funding now... and the recent $3MM+ raise via death spiral financing I believe proves the point.
