Poor...student...Have you heard the entire presentation by Dr. Thorpe? I'm sorry to say that only critic of PPHM on this board who has said he listened....listened to only to half the presentation. The second half is very important and the questions and answers session at the end is very interesting.
Anyone who says Bavi is a placebo is ignorant and anyone who agrees with that opinion without doing their own due diligence is an even greater fool!
The data from the gold standard phase II study has just started to come out but any fair minded person should listen to the entire NY seminar and to the Wedbush presentation on Aug.15.
I won't defend Dr. Thorpe...his credentials and achievements exceed those of all the posters on this board combined....in Africa they would say it is like a mouse roaring at a Lion!
I think you're missing the point here. It's not a question of whether Dr. Thorpe is an "esteemed scientist" or not. The "proof is in the pudding"--i.e., the data from the trials--not in the medical/scientific explanation of the MOA or the results from animal studies.
