WHP, if the tech was as 'great' as they claim then your scenario is correct. However, they may come out with some sort of chip that can be used by some telcos, but it may not be 'earth shattering' enough for lenders to want to fund it given their corporate history.
The case isn't closed until you can cite for us all the specifics of the VC funding package and assure us that not one single shareholder wouldv'e been screwed out of his shares. As a shareholder, it doesn't do me one bit of good for the company to get millions of dollars in funding from a vc if I get wiped out in the process. So until you can do that, put a lid on the name dropping.
