I don't think a PR is going to happen. They might have some sort of announcement on their website, but I don't think they want the publicity. I don't know their reasoning behind it, but they seem to be content to fly under the radar. I'm surprised there hasn't been more volume with their numbers improving. I think something is going on behind the scenes. It'd be nice to see a bunch of insider buying when the window opens, but if they are able to delist, the insiders may wait until there is no reporting requirement (if that is the case).
I don't know if they are going to be able to maintain the low number of shareholders for delisting.
