Do what you want. I am not averaging down in as much as I am accumulating shares for the long term.

Whether OTOW goes to .001 or .0001 I am not that much concerned. My goal is to have enough shares so that when OTOW is over a penny again, and I believe we will be sometime in the near future, I can take this investment, cash in, and retire.
