Nothing bizarro about the acquisition, obviously you just do not understand how it has come together. A plan is in place, not a plan for a plan, and efforts toward the final conversion will move very quickly - that's a fact.

$70 million in MDGC stock for a "marketing & sales organization" that provides online virtual board room and virtual town hall rentals? Why would MediaG3 shareholders be happy about this? There are many companies doing the same thing. How much revenue has HEXA2 generated in the last 7 years? If the acquisition goes through, which I doubt, "Dr." Ahmad Moradi will have negotiated an outrageous deal with Val Westergard at the expense of MediaG3 shareholders.

The content delivery platform isn't even proprietary -- it's provided by Akamai: http://www.akamai.com/. Perhaps someone with tech knowledge could explain what that means.
