Unfortunately the company's track record of making announcement and not following through isn't helping. In addition the PR regarding the LOI is extremely vague and very Pinkish.

Those are the reasons why I think we will see a slow and steady rise rather than parabolic movement in the share price as the word slowly gets around that this is a legit huge deal and not a typical pinkie pump. Lots of pinksheet traders see announcements like that all the time that some company has made a big deal that is not finalized with an unnamed other company and more details will come soon. Unless they do the digging to verify that this is legitimate, they will not recognize the opportunity that we do. And the HKHE debacle certainly doesn't help the company's credibility...
