I would give my money to a person with credibility 100% of the time. As a business owner, I know that running a business from the ground up isn't easy and becoming successful in a short period of time is nearly impossible. Base on what Mr. Diaz mentioned in the webninar, I would say they have a sound business plan/model.
Anyone that has bought large amount of shares are most likely investors and not day or swing traders. If you're in the region of the millions bracket, it is still a bargain. The profitability with a mere few grand could be life changing for most.
