More seriously, the apparent change in fish sex is always female changing to male, and not visa-versa. This behaviour is also observed in some frogs (remember the result of frog DNA in Jurassic Park?). However, whqt is observed is not actually what is happening. In swordtails, the "change" of females to males is most often a result of late sexual maturation in some individuals:

If we extropolate this to humans, there is still hope for Michael Jackson (but not much).
