I was told by the company attorney that Peter did not hire Williams to promote the company, this was confirmed by a second individual and he suggested that the promotion and stock payment came from a private party. I am sure they know who hired Williams and the transfer agent could easily validate their claims. We are in need of some company disclosure here and a few financials wouldn't hurt either. The recent buyer indicates to me that we are getting there, slowly.
