Thats a buisness permit not an environmental one.I believe that that permit allows you to sell your wares in WY.As I understand it, Environmental Permits allow for the operation of the equipment needed to process oil. You can't sell nothing if your not permitted to operate. Call the epa they can explain the need for related permits needed to operate that type of facility,discharge waste etc. If you call a local branch they can give you info on certain facilities. As far as me calling anyone, I've done all the research I'm going to do.
