FYI so efforts are not duplicated. I contacted the local newspaper editor, provided links to GRNO website, the pr about the funding for the Wibaux site, and the directions. I requested any article/picture that has/will be done. If no article I offered to pay for time/travel to verify and photograph and if possible determine permits/license. I am curious about the site, but not sure how it would affect pps until there are filings.
