Do you think the investigation may impact, hopefully speed up, SEC filings? Might they be instructed to become compliant quickly, or is there no relation, (filings and the pumping)? On another note, I have not had responses to recent inquiries. The investigation seems to stopped communications, even from IR

some info on just one type of permit needed to run such a facility.permits are site specific and one permit can not cover multiple sites unless they are in a specific area.I don't believe crossing state lines is in the same specific area.
