i had to make my final decision now, and have decided to Keep my 4k 21.17RYVNX no matter what as the longterm benefit of it turning to a 15% cap-gain tax status by 11/17 is too important to throw away.
I no longer see end of year last 2.xx months as ramp and run raging bull moose rally, i am back to seeing the past 2 years as the last stages of a bear market rally that commenced in March 2003.
I will be adding heavily to my short position at some point from December into January.
