i do own the stock. and have owned it not because i want to but because if i sell the fact that UBRG's non DTC compliance will cost me fee's of aroung 3 to 400 bucks..
if theyd of resolved and updated us on the issue of DTC like they promised i woulda dumped this trash long ago..
but nope.. another failed promise..
they issue all the PR's except the ones that matter.
i too just got my "dividend" in my account.. kinda hoped theyd of mailed it to me rather than my broker so i coulda lit em up.
my personal opinion is that UBRG is intentionally at this point refraining from really resolving the issue, cuz if they did they couldnt control price so easy and people would dump at the same time the freekin pump and dump goes on..
the pps in my estimation is at least 50% overvalued in real terms.
