screamdc...that's ok. I know Frank Pr'd a long time ago about building a PS studio and then supposedly buying a Butler building to erect for said studio in PS. The Burbank studio makes more sense for QTN anyway. Maybe he just nixed the PS studio idea, Frank does have a pattern of PRing future events that never occur.
