Not only a purine, also all three are guanosine derived components.

Sure seems like purines are striking out. First 938, now 189. Guess what else is a purine? IDX184.

FWIW, Medivir has both pyrimidine and purine nukes in development (#msg-75360387 ). The nuke partnered with JNJ is supposed to enter the clinic next quarter and the unpartnered one is a bit further behind. Not sure which is a pyrimidine and which is a purine.
