To authorize an increase in shares certainly needed an explanation immediately Doc. i have talked with M.L. and was told there would not be an increase in authorized although shares were given for an acquisition. To say this and do something different is showing a lack of honesty and that is something as shareholders is not to be tolerated. Management needs to PR this immediately and until this happens each and every shareholder needs to e-mail and demand an answer now.
Doc, The Q2 report should show everything ...hopefully they disclose what the dilution was used for. Have they set a day for releasing the Q2 ? and has the CEO rescheduled on the stock show yet ? he needs to be more transparent in his activities..IMO
