We would like to speak with you at the earliest possible time to explain our acquisition of control of Beneficial Holdings, Inc. by one of our principals, Mr. Weiss. - Indian gaming/venture: Beneficial Holdings, Inc. has come to an arrangement, by way of a binding Memorandum of Understanding, with one of the Native American tribes which controls gaming in various places in the country. In addition, there is a brand name that we are acquiring the rights to, that is almost as recognizable as Disney and other such high profile names.

We have all necessary documentation, no claims will be made unless they are totally verifiable and legitimate and we have no problem with backing up any statements with the necessary paperwork.

- Military and gas wells: the local providers do not know it but the military has an interest in becoming self-sufficient by way of energy generated from various sources. An agreement is being signed this week whereby we gain control of gas wells that will supply the military with their energy needs and there will be a fixed contract in place that will be extremely profitable.

As is the case with the gaming/casinos, all documentation will be provided to verify the truth and accuracy.

There is no Pink Sheet company, or even many NYSE companies, that will have the above events occur that will be extremely profitable and will be viewed as topics of great interest by the investment community.
