WPI Directors selling -

1) Over the last 2+ months 6 directors have exercised significant $ values of options not expiring until mid 2013 or later (sometimes much later) and then sold the vast majority of them. However it should be noted that the (a?) CFO appears to be the only officer following suit.

2) In contrast, in 2011, virtually all option exercising was of options set to expire in 2011.
