As I tried to explain, my answers come from a biblical standpoint, which I accept as totally authoritative in all matters.
God says in the bible (both New and Old Testaments) that homosexual acts are a perversion, a sin, and an abomination before Him. That is enough for me and I accept that as the final word on the subject.
The homosexual himself/herself is another matter - we are to hate the sin, not the sinner and I do not in any way hate homosexuals as individuals. But when the sin is flaunted in our face we should denounce it for what it is. What the homosexual community wants is for all of us to agree with them that being homosexual is a normal and acceptable "lifestyle", but that is directly contrary to what the Bible teaches - I stand with the Bible, and will always denounce homosexuality as a sin in agreement with God.
