The fact is that no 10Q or 10K that is produced months after the closing periods will tell anyone anything about future profits. Works for CSCO or IBM but not for small dynamic microcaps. The issue of the SEC filings is a Red Herring.
When the Q's and K's get filed there will be some other issue to upset.
