Because it has been a year since the proposed cusip change among other delays, the lack of buying after the Steele appointment doesn't surprise me. More concrete evidence of progress/growth needs to be reported. The proposed funding once the company was clear of the legal hurdle would be a nice start and hopefully the cusip change. When you say it could take another year to take off and then say there will be gains along the way, what share prices would you put on the gains and what price a year from now?
