Offshore? There are hardly any shares traded on shore.
If shares are traded through MMs, they're reported, otherwise they wouldn't show up in volume, Reg Sho or anywhere else. Once they're "in the system", they're cleared through a clearing house and the T/A is informed of the trade.
The T/A knows where all the shares are and if there were millions more than the company authorized, the T/A would know.
We've seen the actual evidence now that Monk made up the whole "NSS/FLD" story. To imagine that he made it up, but it still might be true is simply magical thinking.
As I posted about GRNO back when the whole FLD scam was in full swing, it was simply one more pump and dump technique. Now the SEC has simply proven me right.
