Hecla's cheezy Lowball on USA Silver.

Hecla urges USA shareholders to take immediate action ...Proxy!
Hecla is a joke, there offer is a joke, and their 'take
immediate action' is a joke as Hecla just wants to avoid
paying the 4 million breakup agreement with RXE.

Hey Hecla. Go back to your two-bit little operation and stick
some other fools with your silly bids.
GOOD RIDANCE HECLA WEASELS!!!!

Hecla is a dying desperate company, and the attempted lowball
of USA Silver is an attempt to distract Hecla shareholders
from Heclas own terminal woes.
Sabala says the offer is full and fair.

Since when was a hostile takeover full and fair.
Hecla's desperate flailing shows how directionless this company
is, and now as its trying to take down USA Silver as it drowns.

USA shareholders despise this silly offer, and are organizing
to reject it for the foolishness it is.

This desperate maneuver is one more reason to dump Hecla,
as I did back in October.
