Why all the money spent on the small campaigns.

It has been going on for over a half a year now for this stock. They have easily spent over a million $ on campaigns.

How are they getting any value out of the money spent? I do not get the business strategy.

OK...if you are going to pump and dump shares for a profit I understand the business sense. However, this has been continuous and the stock goes down.

Why not one big promotion done the correct method? Any thoughts?
