Our value to potential buy outs and even other mergers would be raised if this RX deal was gone.If shareholders from US Silver allow the deal to stand ,it will cost HL or anyone else more to buy us or it's a deficit to other mergers ,so Why would we allow that? The 4 million they pay to RX could go to us. That's my opinion and I challenge anyone to explain why this RX deal is good for me or any other common shareholder. Enlighten me.
