Just wondering if you might know of a better way to finance the start up of a non reporting publicly traded company.. I mean that is the whole point, correct? sell shares to finance the business...

I believe it's a known fact that RFMK is working on becoming fully reporting.. which would then give them options for better funding, but until then, how are they supposed to run the company?
