There will be plenty for sale once they bid up the price. You need a few 100 million share buyers who want in, that is how we get the price moving.

Need aggressive buyers to show up, us old time longs and insiders aren't going to buy and many will be looking to sell.

A majority of the new investors are traders. The shares will continue to trade hands between traders till the traders run out. Like you said, the longs are not selling so the people selling at 3 are buying at 2. Eventually some will buy for xxx and the price will drop and reverse. We will have a whole batch of new "longs" averaging down.
I am hoping by the time that happens this is back over .06. It would be nice to see a bottom over .04 again

I would guess this is either being caused by a news leak or it will cause news just in reaction to the PPS. How long this goes on is entirely up to when the PR comes and what it says if it comes.
