Grumman has sniffers already installed and working in mail sorting facilities across the US. They have a 36 hour test cycle time. We don't know if they've improved on that. PSID's sniffer has a 6 hour test cycle time...6X faster!

Personally, I believe, based on the previous, that PSID will partner with Boeing OR Grumman for the entire contract. I would not be surprised to see Grumman offer to buy the technology from PSID either. PSID is the only working system in this contract bidding. PSID will get the contract. This is a no brainer.
