That claim boundaries are human constructs is obvious. I was asking about evidence that the Pebble ore body extended north (and maybe west) into our claims. Is there such evidence? The fact that the ore body's extent is not yet known does not establish that some of it underlies our claims.
My question does not imply that ore bodies pay attention to claim boundaries. However, they may pay attention to Oreo cookies. Some brave person might stand on our claim and hold out an Oreo in a way calculated to appeal to an ore body. Perhaps it will respond and slide under the LBSR/Pebble boundary. In that case, I recommend letting it have the Oreo. This strategy has been derived from contemplation of the uncanny resemblance of the words "ore" and "Oreo" - I don't think it's accidental, and I think Briscoe and Guilbert have been aware of it for some time but for whatever reason have never published about it. Inexplicable when you consider what it could do for their professional reputations.
