It will be interesting to see the Blackrock numbers in their upcoming Q2 filing. They have continued to be buyers up until this point. If memory serves me right they collectively increased their position by almost 5M shares at the end of Q1.
It will not surprise me if some of the funds exited - I don't know which of their investment management funds may be tied to indexes. It also wouldn't surprise me to see some of those positions partially picked up by the others. I will be pleasantly surprised if the overall total remains the same. Of course I felt the same about the release of the Q1 numbers and they went up. Substantially.
