There is a letter from the person that asyi claimed did the 2010 audit included in the 10K/A filed recently, but shouldn't it be a letter from the company that asyi said they paid $45K to for the 2011 audit, Norris Penny LLC?
Why are they providing a letter from the independent that they said did the 2010 audit but the letter is dated May 16, 2012?
