This is from the 10k, the annual report, which is what we have been talking about; not the quarterlies:



The aggregate fees billed by our independent auditors, Meyers Norris Penny LLP and Michael T. Studer CPA P.C. respectively for professional services rendered for the audit of our annual financial statements included for the years ended December 31, 2010 and 2011 were $45,000 and $35,000, respectively.

Why will it? The last 2 years annual 10Ks have been audited as 2012 annual 10K no doubt also will be audited. ASYI retained it's OTCQB status with filing the 10Q on time. I don't see your rationale. Looks like you and Apprenante are wrong! jmo
