You should probably ask your "friend" a few questions:

Is HFBG a beverage company?

If he/she answers "yes", then ask this:

Is HFBG currently producing beverages?

If he/she answers "no", then ask:

How then is HFBG considered a beverage company?

According to the SEC, HFBG is a company that "purports" to sell beverages. In other words, it claims to sell beverages.

Currently, no beverages are being produced and there isn't any evidence beverages are being sold. Company doesn't provide updated financial statements. Management is missing in action.

If I were you, I'd look my friend in the eye and ask him/her why (s)he'd recommend such a company to a friend.

Friends don't lure friends into traps...
