I am a little hesitant to say this would be a good idea. Here is why:
Imagine if you had a renter in a house you owned, and the tenant started soliciting bids on your property. Would that not just piss you off? What if you knew (as the owner) there was far more value to the property than anyone suspected?

I know we are all interested in seeing the stock price rise. We are only shareholders in the company; minor investors. We must have some trust in the people managing CGFI.

If a bigger company wants to buy smaller workings, they will be aware of what is happening with CGFI. The gold mining community is not that large and they will network if they are in the market to buy, sell, or invest in each other's operations.
I suggest a bit more patience right now. Doing any solicitations may screw up plans we have no idea about.
JMHO.
Let's get the mill running. Then the value increases exponentially.
