so basically, you guys have put 2 drums in series, and called the first a premelt, after saying the original purpose was to handle entire large bales and such, after the ram feeder was dropped.....but now the premelt is for faster throughput of chipped plastic (???)....

got it.....so more heat was needed!!!!......and the back-end can now handle all the extra heat rejection from condensing by what upgrade???

a pre-cool, maybe????

Not sure where or who started the "pre melt isn't being used" rumor. But rest assured all, it working at full tilt.
