you posted a total lie, typical. want the actual graph? Try to spin this one. (the temporary spike was for pre-planned census workers, not due to any policies)

i repeat,

FACT:

Employees: The number of federal employees grew by 123,000, or 6.2%, under President Obama, according to the White House's Office of Management and Budget.

Much of the hiring increases came in the departments of homeland security, justice, veterans and defense.

The federal payroll has been expanding since President Bush took office, after declining during the Clinton administration. But it's still a tad smaller than it was in 1992, said Craig Jennings, a federal budget expert at the progressive think tank OMB Watch.

The federal government has been one of the few areas that's grown during the economic downturn.

you are totally wrong. the public sector job increases came under the republican dimbulb. you need some new talking points, and preferably fact-checked ones.

BCA Research produced this fascinating chart in its latest research note which showed the growth in public sector employment in the first four years of recent Presidencies. As you can see, it has contracted under Barack Obama, as it did under Ronald Reagan; the real "big government" types were the two Bushes.
