re ATPG, the bonds are selling at a mere $0.38 to the dollar which implies a high risk of bankruptcy .... hopefully fear is a big factor behind the plunge, but the bond market is generally fairly accurate in reflecting risk.
I'm pessimistic, but the stock could be a multi-bagger at $1.50 if they can avoid bankruptcy. They could sell assets to raise cash ..... it's certainly going to be interesting to watch developments.
Does ATPG obtain 30% or more of their revenue from natural gas production?...
Above that 30% revenue mix for natural gas versus oil production seems to add a premium risk for companies...
Debt was taken on with much higher natural gas prices and opportunities for companies to hedge, sell future contracts for natural gas to be produced, at that time to service debt...
Been some good companies get caught on the wrong side of the natural gas price decline trend...
Can't blame the messengers that have to keep repeating the story for different companies...LJ
