ok art i know this might be redundant in asking something
you might have answered a few hundred times,that was in 2001..
so when he issued the other 20 million shares that is still in his possession and was going to be used for the aquistion/merger,
were these shares done via the new bancorp name or did he issue them still using the march indy...
