I don't know if you have been following this. The share holders ousted some board of directors. The stock has been falling ever since. The poison pill, wHich seems to have killed its $9.00 + buyout,is gone. Had a lot of action at end of day of large block trades. This is strictly a lotto play waiting for a takeover.
