What you are implying is that there are 2 classes of BCIT shareholders...the "loyals" and the "non-loyals"...

So if they each bought the same amount of shares on the same day in 2005 how can they possibly be treated differently?

Again, what is your definition of a "loyal shareholder"? Just trying to understand the terminology....
