The only people who think naked short selling is "criminal" are those people who don't know the law.

Funny stance you take bearing in mind you condone and actually advocate naked short selling, which to a lot of people including the SEC is criminal.

His point, obviously, is that it isn't "criminal". The MMs have an exemption permitting them to do it to make a market.

Even for individuals doing it, it's still not "against the law", because there is no pertinent law. It's against SEC regulations.
