On the opening day of trial, Teva notified the Court that it had received notice of final approval from the FDA of its generic raloxifene product.

Majestic and enormous post, but "the opening day of trial" means that would have been BEFORE the Court could rule.

In the case of Copaxone the Court has RULED, the Fat Lady has Sung, and Elvis has Left the Building. It's OVER.
