JB is saying the company was years behind with the filings, which is incorrect.

It's absolutely NOT incorrect, as I demonstrated in another post. By 2005, they hadn't filed a single thing since 2000. Subsequently they began to try to catch up, but evidently had problems because no one had bothered much with keeping books.

I still do not trust Megas. As far as I can tell, the only CEO that ever sued his shareholders! As far as I am concerned, this baby is dead. Can Megas prove me wrong? I sure do wish Vegas was taking best on that!
